How does it work?
You need to apply with your property to be a member of Kid & Coe Exchange.
Once accepted and the subscription is paid, you can start communicating via the
secure messaging service on the site with other exchange members.
Can we do an exchange at different times?
Yes. Hosts first discuss dates that work for them -
these dates do not have to be simultaneous. Hosts then agree
to the exchange as suits them best. Each host has to be an active
member of the site with and active membership throughout the entire exchange period.
How do I contact other people to do an exchange?
Identify a property tagged with ‘Exchange’.
Send them a direct message via the ‘Request to Exchange’
button to enquire about their dates and a potential swap.
In order to send messages to Exchange properties, you must be
a paid member of the Exchange program with an eligible property.
How long does it take to create a listing for my property?
It shouldn’t take more than 15-30 minutes to fill out our application.
In order for the application to be reviewed, we will
need full photographs of
your property. The editorial and photography team at
Kid & Coe will review your application, edit it and notify you of any questions,
before posting it live on the site. This process typically takes up to
4 weeks and membership fees are not charged until the property is live on the site.
How many exchanges can I do per year?
Exchanges are unlimited during the time period in which you are a paid member of the site.
