Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Cleaning is included and is provided daily. The pool is not gated and there are steps from the terrace to the garden, so younger children should be supervised outside. Ask the hosts about additional services such as babysitting or a private chef. Car hire is recommended but not essential - free private parking is available but taxis are easy to find. Extra beds or cribs are subject to request and availability. Dogs are welcome for an additional 25EUR/per night.

About the Location

The villa is located in Vilamoura, Portugal - around half an hour from Faro airport. The main harbor is 5 minutes’ drive; the nearest beach is 7 minutes’ drive. There is a children’s playground and a supermarket at the end of the street. Vilamoura is a desirable part of the Algarve, known for golf, tennis, and sailing. Within the town you’ll find a skate park, family golf center, a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and water sports including surfing and fishing. There’s also a water park just 10 minutes’ drive out of town.

Accommodation Details

This villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. Three of the bedrooms have kingsize beds; the fourth has 2 queen size beds. Two cribs are available (subject to availability). The house has 5 bathrooms, 4 have bathtubs. Downstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, and a separate living room with a dining area. (The house has a flatscreen TV with cable channels and DVD player). Outside there is a large terrace with a dining table and seating area, a swimming pool, and a green grassy area to relax.

Style Notes

Modern villa. This contemporary property was built 20 years but is maintained and refurbished each year. It faces the golf course with minimum exposure to the street, so you’ll have maximum privacy during your stay. The rooms are finished with luxury details such as marble floors and Art Deco influences, as well as unique designs referencing the famous Portuguese summer season (think beach umbrellas and colorful floral artwork). We love the natural wood materials used in the bathrooms, the rattan outdoor seating, and the fantastic curved terrace.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
