The home is set up for the kids to enjoy upstairs in a loft, 2 children’s bedrooms, a full bathroom and a playroom, while the adults enjoy the main level, which has 2 downstairs bedrooms with kingsize beds and a bathroom with soaker jacuzzi tub. The lake beaches are very shallow, making it the perfect place for kids of all ages to explore the water and have a great time swimming and fishing.

Why Kids Love it

The residence is stocked with toys, books, and games, including Legos, and the design is relaxing and calming for parents and children alike. You can open the great room windows at night and hear the waves hitting the beach. There is a garden to explore and several lake beaches just a short walk away. The shallow and sandy are ideal for kids: there are plenty of rocks and driftwood to find, and it is a fun place for a night time campfire and swim. Kids bedrooms include 1 with 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed and another with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed.

Simple and clean. The welcoming property includes a lot of white and an array of antiques and modern items. The spacious great room includes a hand-cut stone gas fireplace, a wall of windows overlooking mature trees and the lake, and a media center with 65-inch TV. We are so excited to join Kid & Coe. Traveling with a large family can be challenging and we love to support an organization who is working to make it easier! Our kids love being outdoors and swimming. Most of our vacations are to our Lake House in northern Wisconsin. We typically spend a month there in the summer and fall. The kids would spend all day playing at the beach if we let them! And in the fall they are out collecting acorns and building forts and raking leaves. We love giving the kids a safe place to to explore the outdoors on their own and that is why we love our little piece of heaven in Ashland, Wisconsin!
