Style Notes

Relaxed chic. This typical village house was recently renovated with a charming, comfortable lounge and home comforts. The sleek kitchen has white cupboards and black-topped counters, while the lounge is relaxed with wide sofas and a space-age egg chair. The garden includes a seating area with rattan chairs. We love the relaxed, lived-in style and the well-equipped kitchen.

Our family is small, with 3 kids, all students: 17, 15 and 11 years old. I’m an architect, involved in brief therapy and mediation volunteer activities. We often gather together to have happy meal, talk , discussion about our present life and our dreams.

Avignon, South of France

Sur le pont

Set on the River Rhône in the south of France, Avignon has a famous bridge, a grand medieval palace and a select number of museums to visit. Shake up the austere, grown-up air of the city by exploring by petit train, by boat, or by Vélopop bike. Easter festivals, a flamboyant theater festival in July and nighttime son-et-lumière displays in the summer add an extra dash of color.
