Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. Please note the homeowner owns a dog. Whilst the dog will not be present during your stay, this property may not be suited to guests with allergies.

About the Location

The property is located in Balham, south London. It’s a 5-minute walk from Balham underground station where you can reach central London (Waterloo or Charing Cross) by tube in just 20 minutes. Tooting Bec train station is also under 10 minutes’ walk. Wandsworth and Clapham are around 10 minutes’ drive, where you’ll find popular family-friendly pubs, weekend markets and independent shops. Both Heathrow and Gatwick airports are roughly 1 hour away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. On the main entry level you’ll find a living room at the front and an open plan kitchen/dining room at the back, with access to the garden. On the basement level there is a cozy TV room, utility room and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, the primary bedroom boasts a super kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has use of a family bathroom, with a roll-top bathtub. On the top floor you’ll find the third bedroom, with a double bed, desk and fitted wardrobe, as well as the fourth bedroom (also a double) which has an ensuite shower room.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
