Style Notes

Modern family. This is a bright, modern home built in 2008, set up with lots of books and toys for children. The welcoming porch allows somewhere to sit and soak in the neighborhood, while the outdoor space with lawn, greenery and patio gives the kids somewhere to run and play. The open plan downstairs is created for easy family living, with a marble-topped island in the kitchen looking towards the dining area. Bedrooms are spacious and living areas are comfortable. We love the kids bedroom with Barbies and tree decal and the view from the upper balcony of the mountains and beyond.

We stayed in this house for a week over a cold, snowy new years with 4 adults and two little kids; absolutely fantastic place - perfectly equipped for adults and children, childproofed, comfortable and warm, centrally located. Would stay again without question.

Boulder, Colorado

Gateway to the Rocky Mountains

At the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills, Boulder is frequently ranked as one of the best places to live in the United States for its consistently sunny weather, fantastic outdoor recreational opportunities, environmentally conscious residents, and abundance of public parks and green spaces. Head downtown to the Pearl Street pedestrian mall to watch street performers, ride the free Tebo train for children, or cool off in the Pop Jet Fountain. When the snow begins to fall, head to nearby Eldora Mountain Resort or take a day trip to Vail or Breckenridge for world-class skiing and snowboarding.
