The living space has a grand piano. In the loft upstairs there is an elliptical machine and stationery bike with views over Lake Washington. The deck is covered in turf and has a shaded area with a sofa where parents can relax in the evening with a drink.
Why Kids Love it
A spacious downstairs den is fully stocked with boardgames, puzzles, books and toys to occupy kids of all ages, plus a TV with Roku, Netflix and DVD player for downtime. Bamboo flooring is safe and clean for babies to crawl around. The garden has a large spring-free trampoline and a private basketball hoop. There is a park with wild undergrowth and a playground just 4 blocks away, with larger parks with ball fields and enormous play structures less than a 10 minute walk. The kids bedrooms include 1 with bunk beds and another with a single twin bed. There is a ping pong table that can be set up in the garage.

About the Location
A pleasant walk from downtown, Capitol Hill is a desirable neighborhood close to Seattle’s main attractions, 12 minutes by car. Enjoy the urban walkable character and venture to the locally owned coffeehouses, book stores, public library, parks, and kid-friendly eateries just blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with no night clubs, gas stations or corner stores. Seattle Sea-Tac airport is 30 minutes away by car. Easy access to 520 freeway, just down the hill.

This modern open layout home has 3 bedrooms plus a loft and den. There is a large primary suite with king bed and spacious shower and separate bath tub. One bedroom has bunk beds, the other has a single twin bed. The den upstairs has a queen size pull out sofa. There is an additional playroom downstairs with a queen size murphy bed with memory foam mattress. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers and kid-friendly taps and step stools. There is a large kitchen with adjacent dining area, open plan living space, cozy lounge and garden with a trampoline and basketball hoop.
