Well set up for a family stay, this bright and airy garden apartment is in a central and quiet location for city conveniences and attractions and nearby beach life. It is an easy 10-minute walk to sandy beaches and less to the town's restaurants and shops. A full kitchen, family-sized dining area, and private garden with dining allow room for play and time together. Two refreshing and spacious master bedrooms are ideal for parents and grandparents or nanny/ au pair.

Why Kids Love it

This home is ideal for kids with a ground floor entrance, open living space equipped with toys and books for kids, and a safe, gated outdoor space for play and casual meals. A bedroom with a twin bed and trundle is ideal for kids ages 4 and up, and a family bathroom with bathtub simplifies after beach rinses. It is a 5-minute to the local park/playgrounds. A crib, high chair, baby toys, potty and baby bath can be provided on request.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 2 nights. The apartment is quiet and secure on the ground floor with easy entry from street level to the apartment and garden. There are a few steps up to the outside space and no stairs inside. There is free street parking available. Hypoallergenic pillows and duvets and 100% cotton sheets. Flexible check in and out times. All taxes and final cleaning are included in the nightly rate. Strictly no smoking and no pets; you may smoke in the garden only. Hosts live 5 minutes away and are able to help with any requests on short notice.

About the Location

The residence is in the heart of Cascais, 10 minutes' walk to the nearest sandy beach, marina and less to the main shopping streets. It is a central but quiet location. Just a 5-minute walk to the restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarket and cash machine. Sintra and Ericeira are under an hour away and make for easy day trips. Car rental is recommended. Lisbon can be reached by train, with a station 15 minutes’ walk away, and otherwise is a 35-minute drive. The property is around 35 minutes to Lisbon Portela Airport by car. This 3 bedroom single-floor garden apartment includes an open-plan family room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas range and coffee maker, plus access to a private garden with dining furniture. There are 2 master bedrooms with queensize beds, desks and space for a travel crib, if required, and a third bedroom with twin bed and trundle. Bathrooms include bathtub and shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi included.

Clean and modern. This renovated family apartment is very bright and comfortable with a simple, fresh, contemporary look. Authentic Lisbon notes include a Portuguese-style private garden with orange tree, grass and cobblestone area with outdoor seating, blue and white tile work, and original Lisbon inspired wall art by a UK artist. Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Mary and her husband were wonderful hosts, they made us feel at home. The appartment is wonderful, lovely cascais and a great park with lovely playground all within walking distance. A place to return!
