This historic four-story brownstone in hip Clinton Hill sleeps up to 8 and has beautiful period details, a gourmet kitchen and plenty for babies and children alike. It works well for a large family holiday, Christmas with the grandparents, or two families holidaying together. Renovated in 2010, it combines 19th century details with a smart kitchen and master bathroom, and is well located for visiting Manhattan and living in one of New York’s most fashionable neighborhoods. Grab a Citibike to Prospect Park or jump on a train to catch a show on Broadway, then cook up a storm on the Viking stove or the gas grill in the garden. The residence is just 20 minutes from lower Manhattan by subway.

We have a 4 bedroom 4 level kid friendly townhouse in Clinton Hill. We love renting out our home when we travel.

Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

History, hipsters and a sculpture park

Bordering Fort Greene, Clinton Hill is similarly leafy and popular with families. ‘The Hill’, as locals call it, is one of the highest spots in Brooklyn and has historic houses and a host of hipster celebrity residents. Playspaces and playgrounds entertain the kids while Pratt Institute has the largest outdoor sculpture park in the city.
