It is perfectly set up a for a family stay with a large kitchen, dining for 10 inside and a TV and playroom downstairs filled with toys, books, a play kitchen and a large chalkboard. The backyard is fully equipped with outdoor dining and lounge furniture, along with a small playhouse and lots of outdoor toys. There is a beautiful laundry room with slop sink on the lower level. The pool has access to lower level bathroom which makes keeping the house dry a breeze.

Why Kids Love it

The house is filled with toys and books for children under 10 and is a great family space with lots of privacy for guests and little napping children. It has a beautiful yard around the house with a pool and pool shed filled with floaties, rafts, and toys. The pool area is gated off from the front yard so children can play safely in the front without being near the pool. It is a 5-minute drive from the East Hampton playground and East Hampton Library (with its newly renovated children's wing), as well as all the East Hampton and Amagansett beaches and bays.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 days off-season, 1 week in July and August with month long bookings preferred over shorter inquiries. Additional fees apply for week-long or longer rentals: $50 garbage pick up, $60 gardener, $85 yard maintenance, $105 pool maintenance and $150 cleaning fee. The front yard and backyard are separated by a gate; children can not get into the pool area unless they unlock a pool code safety gate. There is dining furniture on both sides of the gate for easy meals al fresco. A crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, and children's swimming floaties and beach toys are available upon request. If you need anything additional for your children, just ask. No pets. Style Notes

Super bright, chic and stylish. The house is fully renovated and equipped with top of the line appliances and facilities and design elements like Carrera Marble countertops in the chef's kitchen, whitewashed floors on the upper level and crisp white sheets and towels in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We love the pretty bedlinen, superb family kitchen/dining area and the wonderful gardens.

We are a family of 5 and live in Brooklyn, New York. We have 3 boys and spend our weekends out in East Hampton year round. Our favorite place to be is at our house with people we love. We love the beach (year round) -- swimming and playing in the summer, and long bundled up beach walks in the winter. We cook a lot with our kids, and enjoy hosting dinner parties with friends and family. We appreciate fine design elements and love how edited and stylish the Kid & Coe site is. We hope to share our home with one of the trusted guests of the Kid & Coe community.

East Hampton, The Hamptons

Mansions and main beach

East Hampton is this affluent playground’s most fashionable town, known for its grand houses and estates as much for its readings and exhibitions. The main draw is Main Beach, a beautiful coastline with clean sands, inviting waters, professional lifeguards, plenty of space and millionaire mansions on the banks. LongHouse Reserve, with its enchanting sculpture garden, and Hither Hills State Park are also worth a visit.
