A newly-renovated home at the tip of Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton, with a private pool and at-home gym. It sleeps 11 + 2. The hosts have 2 young children so this home is ideal for families with kids under 5. There’s plenty of baby and toddler essentials so you can travel light, as well as toys and games to keep them entertained, both indoors and outdoors. There’s even a separate wing for grandparents, teens or a nanny, if you’re traveling in a group and need to have your own space. Parents will love the outside space here, with the amazing outdoor kitchen and large grill, fire pit and seating areas around the beautiful heated pool - the perfect place to spend your summer.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will love the beautiful resurfaced heated gunite pool, where they can play all day long. There’s a great backyard for outdoor games and sports, as well as a full basement screening room for lazy days to hang out, furnished with a pool table and huge sofa. There is a half court basketball court in the driveway and also a basketball hoop for the pool's shallow end. Older kids and teens will love the outdoor activities in the area, from water sports and biking to swimming and boogie boarding down at the beach. For babies and toddlers, there’s a high chair, children’s utensils etc, a play yard for the living room, a crib and a pack-and-play.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 2 weeks (or ideally longer). Beach passes are hard to come by, taking a ride-share or car service to the beach is recommended. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. Safety notes: the hosts have stair gates for little ones, as well as pool alarms on doors throughout the house and a fence around the pool. The house has a full Ring security system. There is plenty of parking and a high voltage EV plug available. The residence has a gym in the basement with free weights, yoga mats and a Peloton bike. Samsung art TV frames can be found throughout the house with Google speakers. There is a 48-inch BBQ with a fridge in the outdoor kitchen, as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and tools for making s’mores. Sorry no pets, smoking or parties allowed.

About the Location

The residence is located in East Hampton, in New York. It’s 7 minutes’ drive to East Hampton town with its high end array of shops and restaurants. Two Mile Hollow, Main Beach, and Georgica are all world class beaches within 15 minutes' drive for days of sand and surf. It’s also very close to day activities like Paddle Diva and Long House reserve for family days out. Other children's activities include Amber Waves Farm, Vicky's Veggies, Bridge Hampton Children Museum and Club House for mini golf, bowling and arcade. East Hampton has a train station and Jitney stop for access to New York City (both under 10 minutes’ drive). The international airports in New York City are around 2 hours away by car.

Accommodation Details

This house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. Downstairs there’s a fully outfitted kitchen, finished with a Viking stove and refrigerator, Wolf toaster oven, British toaster, Panasonic microwave, as well as a coffee station with a Nespresso, drip, Keurig and french press machines. This floor also has multiple family areas with access to the backyard and pool, and the primary bedroom (with a kingsize bed). There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs: 1 junior suite with its own bathroom (and queensize bed) and 2 other bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (one queensize bedroom and the other with a single-over-double bunk bed, plus a single trundle underneath). The final bedroom, called the Studio (with a kingsize bed) has its own bathroom, lounge area and desk, in its own separate second floor wing. All bedrooms have comfy beds and new linens.

Style Notes

Clean and contemporary. The house was fully renovated in 2022 and the result is a beautiful, open and bright space. The hosts have chosen all new designer furniture and provide all linens, towels and beach chairs. A double height ceiling and multi aspect windows in the living room creates a feel of space and serenity, while the clean and charming white bathrooms have a classic feel. We love the marble wall fireplace in the living room, the industrial-style kitchen island and the luxurious contemporary 4-poster bed frame.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Mansions and main beach

East Hampton is this affluent playground’s most fashionable town, known for its grand houses and estates as much for its readings and exhibitions. The main draw is Main Beach, a beautiful coastline with clean sands, inviting waters, professional lifeguards, plenty of space and millionaire mansions on the banks. LongHouse Reserve, with its enchanting sculpture garden, and Hither Hills State Park are also worth a visit.
