Perks for the Parents

This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom pink palazzo in Estoril sleeps up to 14 guests and is an absolute dream for parents (and their friends and family) for about a gazillion reasons. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, only a 25-minute drive from the international airport in Lisbon. The beach is an 8-minute drive away but you'll have to remind yourself to go there because the fun time distractions at this villa abound: private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and bar, a gym, cinema, playroom, ping pong table. There's more but need we say more?

Why Kids Love it

The owners have 2 children and have prepared a kids' paradise for them and for all the lucky houseguests who visit. Make yourself at home and enjoy all the toys and books, a piano, a playroom, and a cinema room complete with X-box and PlayStation for older kids. Outside is full of fun too: the swimming pool, petanque, a swing. Your kids will be 100% spoiled rotten by the time they leave and with daily housekeeping, so will you.

Things to Know

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights and maintenance staff visit the property regularly. There is a daily housekeeper (except for Sundays) and someone comes to maintain the pool once a week (usually no longer than 15 minutes). Gardeners come on Monday mornings to take care of the landscaping. Tons of free parking on-site. The property is air-conditioned and they've got a high chair and babysitters can be arranged for an additional fee.

About the Location

This villa is located in a residential area 8 minutes from the beaches and restaurants, 5 minutes from grocery shops, 15 minutes from the market (very local experience), 10 minutes from the shopping mall, and 15 minutes from Cascais city center. Make sure to rent a car so you can enjoy exploring the nearby beaches, the marina, restaurants, tennis, and major golf courses such as Estoril Golf Course, Onyria Quinta da Marinha, and Oitavos.

The gorgeous contemporary interiors are cheery, slick, and modern and at the same time totally comfortable and welcoming. During the evening get cozy around the fireplace or prepare yourself a bowl of popcorn and enjoy a movie in the cinema room. With four spacious en-suite bedrooms with closets, two bedrooms with shared bathrooms and an en-suite bunk room for the kids, this villa provides ideal accommodation for large families. For maximum comfort, this house offers daily cleaning and if requested can prepare meals for the guests. Additionally, the barbecue is ready to fire up and you can buy fresh fish and seafood at the market close by.

Style Notes

Contemporary, colorful, and classic. The house is tastefully decorated with background neutrals setting the stage for pops of color and whimsical art in every room. We love the rich choice of colors (petrol blue, sunflower yellow, rosy coral), the full-size horse lamp in the living room, and the seemingly endless ways to be on vacation here.
