This is a great base for a city stay, with all the space you need for the family and the sights of the city less than half an hour away. Head to the vibrant streets of Stoke Newington, explore the green spaces of Finsbury Park or stroll down to the bustling Upper Street in Islington, filled with countless pubs, restaurants and shops to discover.

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for little children here, there’s plenty to see and do in this family-friendly area. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to Clissold Park where there’s an animal park and leisure center, or take a walk up to Woodberry Down to see their nature reserve with water sports, climbing wall and children’s activities. Soccer fans can take a stadium tour at The Emirates too (15 minutes’ walk).

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The top-floor office room is missing a wardrobe, so there may be some cupboard sharing required. Fortunately, the principal bedroom comes with a large built-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom does have a handy pull-out small double, suitable for 1 adult.

About the Location

Located in between Finsbury Park, Highbury and Stoke Newington, this home is set on an attractive residential street, just minutes from Finsbury Park or Arsenal stations (both under 10 minutes on foot). You'll have the best of North London on your doorstep - with an abundance of exciting restaurants and bars, and the green expanse of Clissold Park nearby, as well as speedy transport links to the city center and St Pancras station (handy for the Eurostar). Heathrow airport is around 1 hour away by car or 1 hour 15 minutes by train.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. At the front of the house you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a piano, which leads to the dining area behind. The open plan kitchen/dining room stretches across the back of the house, with doors leading out to the well-kept courtyard garden. Upstairs you’ll find 1 queensize bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and the 4th bedroom on the top floor, which can be used as an office or as a bedroom with a pull-out small double.

Style Notes

Color bomb. Sleek, modern interiors are punctuated with fluorescent colors and bright lights. The large living room is enriched with a deep blue hue, adorned with a beautiful floral print wallpaper and that beautiful mahogany piano to add a touch of elegance. We love the vibrant modern artwork on the walls, the pops of zesty lemon used throughout and the historic bay window in the living room.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
