Style Notes

Victorian Elegance. This artistic residence marries vintage and modern, with style at the forefront to create a space that’s a joy to spend time in. High ceilings, plaster mouldings, wooden floors and crisp white walls combine creating a light, spacious feel to the rooms, with pops of color added through artworks, textiles and paint. The kids’ rooms are decorated with rainbow streamers, bright bookshelves, world maps and art works that fire the imagination and invite play. Throughout the rest of the house, dark sultry painted cabinets, doors and railings mix sophistication with the playfulness of the pastel feature walls, furnishings and bath tubs. We love the combination of period features and modern art, adding color and fun to every space, and the large bay and sash windows which flood the rooms with light, perfect for reading a latest novel or magazine on one of the plush sofas.

Diversity, plenty of parks and football
