This house doesn’t come with toys or books for children, but it’s located in a residential area with lots to do for families nearby. Bay Street park and playground is just 10 minutes’ walk and it’s 10 minutes’ drive to Oscar Scherer State Park, where families can explore acres of woods for hiking and lakes for swimming, fishing, canoeing and hiking. Florida’s beaches are a short drive away and there are ziplining adventure parks and inflatable soft play centers within a half-hour drive.

About the Location

This home is located in Osprey, Florida. Just off the US Highway 41, it’s easy to get around by car and there is a supermarket and pharmacy just a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood offers Family-friendly dining, from fresh seafood dinners and grouper sandwiches, sports bar restaurants to fine dining or pizza. Siesta Key is 10 minutes’ drive, for sandy beaches offering swimming, kayaking and surfing. Tampa and St Petersburg are both around 1.5 hours away by car.

Accommodation Details

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set on 1 floor. There’s a bright and sunny living/dining room (with a double sofabed) and a connected kitchen. This room also has sliding doors leading out to the backyard. The primary bedroom features a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower-over-bathtub. The second bedroom boasts a queensize bed and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
