Modern simplicity. This warm and welcoming 1850's landmarked home includes original wide plank pine floors, an ornate fireplace, and other characterful architectural details. The renovated kitchen features soapstone countertops and new appliances, fully equipped with cook’s tools. We love the white serveware on display, Tolix café chairs and quaint front porch with rod iron gate.

I'm a single-mom to a six-year old boy, and work as a NYC-based prop stylist. We love to travel and explore new places. And we are always looking for pizza.
