Perks for the Parents
Stay in the heart of Fulham at this cute maisonette, with elegant interiors and a unique mezzanine layout. It sleeps 4 + 1. Parents will love this west London location: it’s leafy and family-friendly, yet the property is a few minutes’ walk from New Kings Road and Parsons Green, where there are plenty of local pubs, cafes and independent stores to explore.
Why Kids Love it
While there are no toys or books for little ones, there’s plenty for families to do in this part of London. It’s within walking distance of Eel Brook Common and South Park, where kids can play on the green, on sports courts or in the playgrounds. Soccer fans can take a stadium tour at nearby Chelsea Football Club (under half an hour away on foot).
Things to Know
No smoking, pets or parties. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which must be signed and submitted. Please note the toddler bed in the second bedroom is no longer available. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, with stairs up to the entrance.
About the Location
The residence is located in Fulham, west London. The nearest subway/train stations are Imperial Wharf, Wandsworth Town or Parsons Green (all around 15 minutes’ walk). The River Thames is at the end of the street, where you can jump on to a river taxi from Hurlingham Harbour for a fun way to see the city. Heathrow airport is less than 1 hour away by car or train.
Accommodation Details
The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The main living areas are located on the upper floor of this maisonette: a double height living room enjoys views up to the galleried dining area and kitchen above. Also on this floor is the second bedroom (with a double bed, the single bed in the picture is no longer available) and the main bathroom, with a shower-over-bath. Downstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a queensize bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Style Notes
Elegant chic. The hosts have decorated the home with sophisticated interiors, antique pieces and subtle neutral tones to create a relaxing and calming abode. We love the deep green hue of the second bedroom, the printed pattern curtains in each room and the bold contrasting turquoise splash back in the kitchen.

Fulham, London
Parks, football and the Sloaney Pony
This upmarket West London neighborhood is leafy and affluent with a gastro pub on every corner and several parks. It’s easy to get into central London from here - just six stops on the District line - and it has a sprinkle of wizarding magic as the place where Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe grew up.
