Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. This apartment is on the second floor with a few stairs which may require supervision for children. There's a sliding door giving access between the study and the children's bedroom. A plant sitter visits every Monday and Thursday for 10 minutes between 2pm and 2:30pm.

About the Location

Nestled on an attractive cobbled lane just off the main thoroughfare, this home is located on the edge of Paris's 18th arrondissement, with its historic streets and hilltop views. You'll be well placed to explore the famous Montmartre district (Sacre-Coeur cathedral is around 20 minutes’ walk). The nearest metro station is Porte de Saint-Ouen (3 minutes’ walk) or Guy Moquet (5 minutes). The airport is around 45 minutes away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s also a separate WC next door. Upstairs on the first floor, there’s an open plan living room/kitchen with a dining table for 4 and a double sofabed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds - ideal for kids - and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Thai floor also has a small study for at-home working, which also has a single sofabed for 1 extra guest.

Style Notes

Mellow yellow. The hosts have chosen a mix of moody and mellow tones to create a relaxing, harmonious yet colorful ambience. Deep blues add a coolness to the living areas, while yellow walls blend well with green plants and natural light. We love the contrasting colorful painted doors, adding splashes of color to each room, as well as the wood headboard in the bedroom and the exposed brickwork wall in the bathroom.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.

In the northwest corner of the city, this area is a hive of activity where the 8th, 9th, 17th and 18th arrondissements meet. It’s well connected to the rest of Paris by metro and bus, and best of all has a green heart in the Clichy-Batignolles Martin Luther King park, with its play areas, water lilies and irises, deckchair area and skateboard zone.
