There are 2 waterfront parks and 4 playgrounds within a few minutes’ walk and it’s a pictures stroll through the tree-lined streets of the Greenpoint Historic District to gaze at the lovely townhouses and old buildings. The G train (Greenpoint stop) is 2 blocks away. LaGuardia airport is around 45 minutes away; JFK is roughly 1 hour.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set across 1 floor. The living room incorporates a dining area, featuring a table that comfortably seats 6. The open plan layout makes it easy to keep an eye on little ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to wash baby bottles or prepare family meals, including kids dinnerware. The primary bedroom suite features a queensize bed and ensuite bathroom. It also includes a ‘cozy corner’ - a single floor mattress that can be used for story time or kids naps. The second bedroom offers a toddler bed and a crib. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with a full bathtub and the other with a shower.

Relaxed scandi. The residence has an airy and warm with lots of natural light, thanks to large walls of windows which also offer stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn rooftops. The hosts have decorated with lush greenery, organic lines, light wood and cozy textiles - all designed with a comfort-first approach and designed with small kids in mind. We love the stylish integrated kitchen cabinetry, the mid-century-style furnishings in the living area and the colorful artwork in the kids room.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Transmitter and McCarren Parks provide green space and skyline views; Polish restaurants provide the energy to keep going and free kids events abound at all points of the calendar.
