Minimum stay: 6 nights. Safety notes: the apartment is set over 2 floors with stairs (and stair gates); there are balcony doors from the bedrooms which lead to steps that go up into the garden. The residence has a coffee machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, game console, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Pets are welcome and can use the backyard space. For younger guests there is a high chair (with no straps) and a changing table.

The property is close to various bus stops and Greenpoint Av station is 5 minutes’ walk for access to the subway (G train). This historical area is great for families - there are parks, coffee shops and eateries all around and the family-friendly spots of Williamsburg are 20 minutes’ walk. Greenpoint waterfront and the East River ferry terminal is 5 minutes’ walk.

This residence has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a duplex apartment: downstairs there is a master bedroom (1 queensize bed and 1 double sofa bed), a kids bedroom (2 twinsize beds) and a bathroom. Upstairs there is another bathroom and a kitchen/living/dining room with breakfast bar and dining table seating 8. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bathtub. Outside there is a fenced grassy backyard with a dining table seating 8. There is also an additional air bed available.
