This historic home has classic country charm with simple, tasteful design. Characterful wood trim and wood floors with white walls and many windows for natural light. We are a family of 5. We love the beach, skiing, eating, and traveling. We joined Kid & Coe because we understand traveling as a family is different.

Beach houses and easy living

Getting away from it all is easy in Greenport - the only question is whether you want to be by the beach, on the ocean or driving quiet country roads in search of farm-fresh food. Centring around its marina, the village has a handful of museums and a vintage carousel, while nearby you’ll discover vineyards, beaches, and nature preserves.

We had a lovely time at the North Fork Residence. The house is large, bathroom is beautiful, kitchen is fully equipped, and the backyard was a dream (2 grills, lots of running around space, and a wagon for my kids to use!). Just a short walk to a neighborhood beach, and lots of other beaches nearby, as well. The host was super responsive, and the check-in/out was seamless. Overall a great experience!

We had a terrific stay! Allison was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed upon checking in. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was very well stocked. We'd definitely come back!

This house was a great getaway for 3 small families (1 child each) in the fall in the North Fork. The decor is modern and simple, but the house is old and charming with all kinds of interesting nooks and crannies that fascinated the kids (but were very safe!). The weather was rainy so we didn't really get to enjoy the big backyard but it looked great! Hosts were very welcoming and nice - would stay again!
