This spacious home on the sands of the Gulf Shores boasts a dedicated kids room and community swimming pool, all within the sounds of the waves. It sleeps 16. Parents will love this spacious living areas inside (the living room features 2 separate seating areas that are bright and airy thanks to the wall of windows, but fitted with shades to enjoy a movie night on the plush couches) as well as the multiple balconies on each level of the house - perfect for your morning coffee. Relax with an outdoor picnic or BBQ cooked on the grill, or whip up a family meal in the gourmet kitchen, which has large granite countertops for plenty of counter space, and there are even 2 dishwashers to help with cleaning up.

Why Kids Love it

The residence has plenty of toys for children under 10 and is a great family space with a living room large enough for wheeled toys. Hosts provide a high chair and children’s plates, cups and utensils. Children aged 6 and up will enjoy the loft sharing room that is equipped with our growing collection of fun games, a foosball table and arcade game. For days at the beach, guests can borrow the handy trailer, beach gear or bodyboards. Ask the hosts if you need to rent additional baby essentials, such as a crib, pack-n-play and more.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 days. Safety notes: for everyone's safety, a security camera is installed by the front door. A gate code and door code will be provided a day before check -in. The garage has ample space to fit 5-6 mid-size cars - car rental is recommended as there is no public transport. The property has stairs, elevator and a patio - parental guidance is required when using these facilities. You will have access to the shared community pool and hot tub, located just a few minutes away. You can spend your days here soaking up the sun from a lounger chair, or head down to the sandy beach and take a dip in the Gulf! There are designated parking spots for the beach, always access the beach on the boardwalk. All guests are required to follow HOA guidelines for beach use, and no events are permitted.

About the Location

The property is located 5 minutes away from the beach in the beautiful Gulf Shores of Alabama. Nestled on the sands, it’s surrounded by sunny sea views and approximately 6 minutes away from the Sassy Bass Market Place and 4 minutes from the Fort Morgan State Historic Site, where you can catch a ferry (30 minutes by car, 1 hour on foot) to Dauphin Island (where there is an aquarium, bird sanctuary and eateries). It’s around 1.5 hours from Pensacola (for the international airport) or Mobile. There is a domestic airport on Dauphin Island (45 minutes’ drive).

Accommodation Details

The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. First level: the garage and an elevator (wheelchair accessible) to access all floors. Second level: the primary bedroom, with a kingsize bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom that boasts a large bathtub and walk-in shower, dual sinks, and large vanity, plus access to a private patio. Bedroom 1 features a kingsize bed, a flatscreen TV and shared access to a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom with bedroom 2, which has also has a kingsize bed and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 3 has a queensize bed, a mini-fridge, a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom outfitted with a shower-over-bath, plus access to the patio. Third level: a kingsize bedroom with a flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower-over-bath. On this floor you’ll also find a spacious living room that features 2 separate seating areas, plus the fully-stocked kitchen. Top level: the loft, with 2 twin beds and 2 double beds, a small seating area, TV and access to a small balcony.

Supersized beach hut. Bright, light, modern and sophisticated, this home blends classic coastal influences with more elegant styling, to create a luxurious take on the traditional beach hut hangout. Breezy beachy artwork references the island-style surroundings, while neutral colors with accents of blue complement the sea-side location. We love the rustic textures and natural wooden materials used throughout, as well as the cute blue painted porch with cozy egg-shaped outdoor sofas and the super large breakfast bar.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Guest receives 97% refund if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
