Why Kids Love it

The kids bedroom has 2 toddler beds (a bed guardrail, crib and twin mattress are available too), and plenty of toys and books for kids under 6. A stroller, scooter and toddler bike are available too. There is a great playground just 10 minutes’ walk away.

Style Notes

Spanish charm. This newly-renovated Spanish style house sits on top of a hill and is airy and light. Well suited to families with young children, it includes all modern appliances and mid-century furniture. We love the playful touches, the super-cute kids room and the wild wallpaper.

We are a French family of 4 and we've been living in the US for 4 years now. After 3 years in Brooklyn NY, we're fully enjoying the sun and the mountains in Los Angeles. Ben works in the wine business, I created a knitting project and our 2 daughters Cosima (4) and Sidonie (2) love gardening, playing outside and painting.

This was our first experience with Kid & Coe and we were very impressed. The house was perfect for us (five adults and one toddler) and Margaux and her husband were such kind, helpful, and gracious hosts. They even provided a blow up mattress for my adult sister who wanted to stay with us on her "stay-cation" and is just a little too tall for a toddler bed. The house is beautiful--I wish my own were so nice! There were also plenty of toys for my toddler and a very nice yard for him to play in and the adults to relax in. Easily the best homesharing experience we've ever had. We'd love to come back the next time we are in L.A. and will definitely be looking at Kid & Coe while planning future vacations.

Highland Park , Los Angeles

One of LA's greatest neighborhoods

Just west of Pasadena, this northeast neighborhood is the place to be in the city right now, whether you’re a young family, a hipster or something inbetween. With fantastic Mexican food, monthly gallery nights and a thriving sense of community, it’s a fun place to stay. Check out York Boulevard’s vintage stores, and treat the kids to fro-yo at Oasis Ice Cream.
