This historic home in a quiet residential neighborhood steps from the Vondelpark sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children aged up to 10. The two wood panelled living rooms have marble pillars, crystal chandeliers and silky drapes, while the kids rooms are filled with toys and games and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you could need for a fuss-free family stay. It’s all within walking distance of major transport routes in and around the city, and an easy cycle for those going Dutch on their vacation. This property would suit a larger family and has space for all the kids, with a feminine bedroom, a masculine bedroom and a double bedroom along with a larger master bedroom for mom and dad.

Cute Dutch family (2 dads + 12 year old twins (boy and girl). Love to travel and enjoy life at the fullest. Amsterdam is a great destination for both kids and their parents. Come stay at our house in Amsterdam. We love to come over to your city one day too!

Our stay was wonderful - the home, a piece of Dutch history and so well cared for in its decor - a stunning place. One matter that could be improved is the second adult bed on the second floor. Unfortunately it was uncomfortable and creaked enough to wake up the people sleeping in it throughout the night. The second night the pull-out bed was used and it was better.

Quiet and residential

Just southwest of the centre of Amsterdam, this quiet residential neighborhood is within easy reach of key attractions including the Rijksmuseum and is bordered by the city’s top parks, the Vondelpark to the east and the Rembrandtpark to the north. Borrow a bike and explore the city center like a local.
