Why Kids Love it
There’s plenty of room for kids to play and relax at this spacious Ibizan pad. For those who love the water, there are ‘no fuss’ swim options on tap – from the villa’s own saltwater infinity pool – with fun waterfall feature – to the secluded sea cove accessible via a private path just minutes from the villa’s door. The sheltered, sandy bay of Cala Vadella is just minutes away with clear shallow waters, ideal for younger family members and a variety of water sports, including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and a dive school for older ones. The kids will love gathering together for a barbecue on the al fresco terrace at the end of the day, planning tomorrow’s adventures or listening to a playlist on the villa’s Bluetooth sound system.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights. There is a €2000 charge to the guest’s credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded 2 weeks after departure subject to a damage inspection. A Balearic eco tourist tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid in cash upon arrival. There is a 3-hour cleaning service 3 times per week. Wi-Fi and Air conditioning are available throughout the property. The lounge has a working fireplace. There is an outdoor shower. Please note there is an ungated pool and numerous staircases between floors which younger children should be supervised around. The villa has direct access to the sea via its own stepped path way. Please also note that there is CCTV and an alarm system at the residence. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request.
About the Location
Ibiza’s notorious club scene may be world class but there’s a lot more to the island than its famous nightclubs with beautiful countryside, coastline and an eclectic range of culinary delights to explore. The villa sits amongst the sheltered, sandy bays of Ibiza’s south west coast. Cala Valdella, a popular family beach with bars and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes’ drive away, or a 20 minute walk. Cala Tarida, the longest and widest beach on Ibiza’s west coast, is 15 minutes’ drive while beautiful Cala Bassa and its trendy beach club (CBbc) is a 20 minute car journey. The traditional town of San José with a good selection of excellent restaurants, cafes and boutiques is just 10 minutes’ drive away. For those interested in tasting some of the island’s more vibrant nightlife, Ibiza Town is a 35 minute drive. The tennis courts at Viva Tennis Ibiza are 20 minutes’ drive while Golf Ibiza is 30 minutes. Ibiza Airport is a 20 minute drive away.
Accommodation Details
The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 3 floors. The villa’s grand entrance is on the ground floor where the main living areas are located. The spacious living room has a comfy corner sofa, a satellite TV and small library area, as well as a working fireplace with access to the swimming pool and sun terrace via sweeping glass doors. There is also a cloakroom with WC on this floor. Up a small flight of stairs, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen can be found, along with a large kitchen island, large dining table and direct access to a shaded alfresco dining area on a balcony terrace overlooking the pool. Upstairs, on the first floor is the spacious primary suite with a super-kingsize bed, dressing room, balcony and luxury ensuite with a jacuzzi bath tub. Upstairs again takes you to the 2nd floor where there are 2 further bedrooms – 1 double room and 1 twin room, both with their own ensuite shower rooms and balconies. Outside are the thoughtfully landscaped Mediterranean gardens with a 10m x 8m saltwater infinity pool and waterfall, a sun terrace with loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On a level below the pool the terrace is a relaxed outdoor sofa/chillout area. The villa has direct access to the sea via its own stepped path way.

This cool contemporary villa makes the most of its stunning coastal location with natural features and floor-ceiling-glass at every turn, producing unadulterated Mediterranean views down to the coast. Beach pads don’t come more luxurious than this with cool stone floors, sleek wood, stylish modern furnishings and luxury fittings including a jacuzzi bath tub where guests can bathe in the view, as much as in the bubbles. The whitewashed interiors offer a calm space to relax, with splashes of color from playful wall canvases and sculptures dotted around. We love the sublime infinity pool, and waterfall, which provide a refreshing cool-off spot by day and a romantic lit-up focal point by night. The alfresco dining terrace overlooking the pool provides the perfect place to sit and soak in the warm Ibizan evening, chilled glass in hand.
