The Gorlitzerstrasse Residence
This hip ground floor maisonette apartment in the heart of Berlin’s Kreuzberg district next to Görlitzer Park sleeps up to 2 adults and up to 4 children. The decor has a strong vintage theme, with Danish highboards and chests of drawers in the primary bedroom and Danish design in the lounge, along with oil paintings, oak tables, upcycled wine crate shelving and some original artwork. We love the little touches - the salt crystal and color therapy lamps and the collection of art coffee table books in particular. Kids will feel right at home with a fully enclosed private garden perfect for running about outside, and a children’s room with a huge selection of engaging toys, books, and games. After a day spent exploring Kreuzberg’s Turkish market and the petting zoo at the park across the street with the kids, parents can cook a delicious dinner in the modern kitchen.

Kreuzberg, Berlin
East meets west
Known affectionately as 'X-Burg' or 'Kleine Istanbul' by the locals, Kreuzberg straddles what was once the line between East and West Berlin. With eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, dramatic street art and nightlife, it’s a vibrant place to stay. Haggle at an authentic Turkish bazaar, explore the many excellent restaurants and shops along trendy Bergmannstrasse and Oranienstrasse, or pack a picnic and take in live music at Görlitzer Park.
