La Cruz, Costa Rica
Windswept Beaches and Wildlife
La Cruz, with its eponymous capital city and expansive Pacific coastline, is the northernmost canton in Costa Rica and the 10th in Guanacaste. Famous for scenic vistas, fiery sunsets, and unspoiled beaches with crystal clear water, this remote and largely undeveloped paradise offers some of the best surfing and diving in Central America, with eco-tours, kitesurfing and white sand beaches to enjoy too.
