This is a review of another Bangtel residence in Chicago--the Clark Penthouse. We had booked the Dos Residence for a long weekend. We ended up unable to stay there because of some nearby construction that they worried would make the stay less desirable. The hosts reached out before our arrival preemptively to offer us re-accommodation rather than risk a bad stay at this residence. We were impressed throughout by their customer service. They were responsive, thoughtful, and helpful, and really set out to make up for having to relocate us. The other property was clean and comfortable and it was obvious that all of their spaces are stylish. The customer service is really what makes it. Bangtel will be sure you are taken care of. We would not hesitate staying again.

Logan Square, Chicago

Boulevards, parks and hipsters

This district to the northwest of downtown Chicago is known for its wide sunny boulevards, parks and hipsters. In fact, it’s been called Chicago’s answer to Brooklyn. Head here for historical greystones, taquerias and boutiques, along with venues showing Mexican wrestling and upcoming indie bands. The L-train gives easy access to the city and it’s increasingly popular with families.
