Why Kids Love it
The house doesn’t come with toys or books for kids, but there are 3 double rooms for flexible sleeping options and a top floor room which could work well for teens or a nanny. It’s less than 5 minutes’ walk to Queens Park Gardens playground and there are sports courts, skate parks and green spaces surrounding the popular Golborne Road area (10-15 minutes’ walk). Older kids and teens will love the vibrant street markets in Portobello and Notting Hill.

Bi-fold doors open out to the private garden, where there’s an outdoor dining table. Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and a dressing table/desk. Style Notes
Classic cottage. Natural light cascades through every room - especially within the spacious open plan living and dining space - and a muted, earthy palette adds to the feel of light and space. Vibrant art pieces can be seen throughout, providing a colorful contrast. We love the sage green wall paneling, the natural wood flooring and the beautiful period fireplace in the living room.

Maida Vale, London
Canal boats and garden squares
One of London’s loveliest neighborhoods for families, Maida Vale is packed with parks, garden squares, yoga studios and coffee shops. Take a canal boat along Regent’s Canal to London Zoo or take in a puppet show on the theatre barge. Take family snaps on the zebra crossing outside Abbey Road Studios, watch cricket at Lord’s or wander to Regent’s Park, Little Venice or Primrose Hill.
