This comfortable contemporary villa is just minutes’ walk from the charming town of Pollensa, affording some glorious views up to the Puig de Maria Monastery and the surrounding mountains from its prime location. It sleeps 11 + 1. With an abundance of interior and exterior living space including a large outdoor pool and kitchen, sun terraces, a games room, gym, 6 bedrooms and open plan living areas, there is plenty of space to occupy 1 large family or 2 family groups. The villa is privately gated and its grounds are fenced so parents can relax and allow kids some freedom, giving them valuable time for themselves. Historic Pollensa offers up quaint squares, cafes and bars with a sophisticated culinary scene, a convenient walk away whilst the laid back but atmospheric coastal town of Port de Pollensa and its beaches and restaurants are a short drive away. Though with an outdoor kitchen, plentiful alfresco dining space and sunset views at the villa, guests who decide not to venture out of an evening, will not be missing out.
Why Kids Love it
There is plenty on offer for families at this spacious villa, with enough room and entertainment to keep everyone happy. Kids will love playing in the pool, as well as in the games room where there’s a ping pong, billiard and football table. There’s satellite TV available in the large living room for movie screenings and downtime. The villa comes with multiple kitchen/dining areas both indoor and outdoor, as well as a barbecue making it ideal for families who enjoy cooking and eating together. Nearby Pollensa has lots of local produce for kids to sample and bring home for a family feast. For those seeking adventure, the villa is opposite the beginning of the gentle family hiking trail up the Puig de Maria hill which will reward climbers with some breathtaking views. For water babies, the long sandy beaches and clear, shallow waters of the Port de Pollensa coastline are less than a 15 minute drive, with kayaking, paddleboarding and boat excursions on offer.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 4 nights, other durations on request. Credit card details are required 2 weeks prior to departure for pre-authorisation/ security deposit purposes. There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per guest per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival direct to the host. Please note there is a working fireplace in the living room and an ungated pool outside which younger children should be supervised around. For those who require pool heating, this is available if requested at least 3 days in advance of stay and will incur an additional charge of €500 payable to the host prior to arrival (not available in July and August). Bath and pool towels are included in the rental. There is a bathtub in each of the shared family bathrooms. There is air conditioning and WiFi throughout the villa. A washing machine and barbecue are included. Safe boxes are available at the property. High chairs are available on request, and cribs (at an extra charge). Please note that the single bedroom is smaller than the other rooms and has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath that can be made up if requested in advance. Car hire is recommended; there is private parking on-site. The host’s concierge team can help arrange a pre-arrival fridge stock, in-house chefs/catering, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request.
About the Location
The villa is located just 400m from the charming town of Pollensa, much loved for its mountain setting, hill top monastery and Roman heritage. It also has many stylish cafes, shops, upmarket restaurants, and museums – as well as a famous market held every Sunday providing a local taste of Mallorca. The entrance to the famous Puig de Maria trail, a steady climb up to a 14th century monastery and chapel is just over the road from the villa. Port de Pollensa, just 6.7 km away, has a welcoming laid-back atmosphere with restaurants, bars and many fine sandy beaches in its vicinity. Its main beach is long and spacious at nearly 1.5km, with clear shallow waters ideal for paddlers. Pollensa Golf Course is just 5km away while the Eu Moll tennis club is 8.5km. Palma, Mallorca's capital is just over 40 minutes' drive away. The Palma to Sóller vintage wooden train, popular with kids and adults alike, can be caught from the Ferrocarril station there. Mallorca airport is 40 minutes' away.
Accommodation Details
This property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms set over 2 floors. Its versatile set-up allows for flexible sleeping and living arrangements. On the lower ground floor is the first primary bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, working desk and ensuite shower room. There are 2 further bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed plus 1 pullout bed. There is a shared family bathroom with bath tub and hairdryer. On this floor there is a kitchenette with ceramic stove and fridge, a games room with billiards, football and ping pong tables and a well equipped fitness area. On the ground floor guests will find the second primary bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower. There are 2 further bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 singles. There is a shared family bathroom with a bath tub and a hairdryer. There is a large open plan living/dining room which includes satellite TV, a working fireplace, a dining table for 8 and direct patio access through glass doors. The main kitchen is on this floor and comes fully-equipped with a breakfast bar and additional seating area with its own access to the fully-furnished patio outside. Outside is a 9 x 5 m swimming pool, and a large patio and garden area which includes sun loungers, a chillout bed, shaded dining area, barbecue and an exterior kitchen.

Country casual. This comfortable but stylish villa maintains neutral tones throughout, accentuated by wooden beams and lighting, to create a calm, restful space. Rustic rugs, pillows and locally-inspired wall art are scattered throughout the villa adding a charming, homely feel to the interiors. The space has been cleverly designed to create multiple nooks and comfy chill out spots with books thoughtfully placed around. The beautiful outside draws on its stunning natural surroundings to create elegant stone patio areas with chic outdoor furniture, surrounded by lush gardens. We love relaxing in the pool with its wonderful views of the Puig de Maria hillside as well as the outdoor kitchen and comfy outdoor sofas and tables which make ideal spots for gathering together and soaking up the sunset.
