Style Notes

Modern family. This 1976 residence has been renovated with care to become a wonderful family-friendly living space. Recent renovations include board and baton in the master bedroom, shiplap in dining room, and a chalk wall in breakfast nook. Design touches in the children's room includes 3D cardboard animal heads on the wall and a reading tent. We love the screened-in porch overlooking the backyard, strewn with fairy lights, the plentiful artwork, and the on-trend geometric rug in the living room.
