Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights during peak season, 4 nights rest of the year. There is a €600 charged to the guest’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's which is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided. Heaters are also available for colder months. Please note there is an ungated pool and younger children should be supervised around it. There is private secure parking on site. The host's concierge team can help arrange in-house chefs, babysitting/childcare services, airport transfers upon request.

About the Location

The villa is located a short walk away from the bustling town of Alaior which has restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and shops. Menorca’s donkey rescue sanctuary is an 11 minute walk. Son Bou beach is 7 minutes’ drive from the villa while the Cami de Cavalls coastal paths are a little further at around 20 minutes’ drive. Menorca’s elegant capital, Mahon or Maó is also a 20 minute drive away and has buckets of charm with a natural harbour, leafy town squares, medieval ruins and some great food markets and restaurants. Menorca airport is just 15 minutes' drive away.

Accommodation Details

The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over XX floors. On the ground floor a light and spacious open plan living area with comfy sofas, a TV and fireplace, extends outside via glass doors to the patio and gardens beyond. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8 and a guest bathroom. Upstairs there is a primary bedroom with a doublesize bed with access to its own terrace and an ensuite bathroom, along with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and a family bathroom. On the top floor is a 2nd primary bedroom with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower. The extensive walled gardens are set within 2.5 acres of nature and include a pool area with sun loungers, a beautiful terraced area, and a shaded pergola with dining table and barbecue.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 12 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 12 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 12 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to make a booking (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of arrival). If you have paid a deposit, the final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Once this has been paid, it is non-refundable.
