Visit this newly-designed, 2-story town home in midtown Miami, with many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment just steps away. It sleeps 6 + 1. Wynwood and Design District are minutes away, as are plenty of luxury fashion boutiques, edgy art galleries and the Institute of Contemporary Art - not to mention miles of sandy beaches. The building’s concierge services are also on hand to help with extras such as boat hire, massages and more, to make your stay even more relaxing.

Why Kids Love it

While the apartment doesn’t come with any toys or books for kids, it's ideal for older kids and teens. For parents with little ones, it’s just around the corner from a playground and the beaches are a short drive away. As well as the pool downstairs, kids will love visiting the Philip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science, the Miami Children’s Museum and Jungle Island, where they can see thousands of animal species and a petting zoo (all 10 minutes’ drive).

Things to Know

The building has many luxury amenities to enjoy, such as a grill area, a pool with cabanas, a gym, 24-hour front desk, 2 elevators and a putting green. Parking for 1 car is included in a covered garage (vehicles must not exceed 6.8ft). There will be a one time fee of $35 per guest. Toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are also available for your use. A beach umbrella and chairs are available. Pets are welcome on request for a fee of $150 per pet, regardless of size or breed (maximum size of 25lbs). Guests traveling with a pet are also required to leave a refundable security deposit with the building ($300). Security deposit will be refunded upon check-out. There is no Mailbox key access, however you can order packages to be held at the front desk for you. No smoking and noise must be kept low after 10pm to respect the neighbors. Visitors are only permitted from 8am to 11pm. You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

About the Location

The property is located in midtown Miami, an area full of brand new development so the restaurants and apartments are modern and new. There are lots of options for dining within walking distance and it’s right next door to The Shops at Midtown mall. It’s 15 minutes’ walk to the coast (or a 5-minute drive) where there are lots of water-front parks and coastal pathways for walking, running and cycling. Uber is easily available and there are 3 public bus lines which pick up in midtown. Downtown Miami and Miami Beach are both 10 minutes’ drive. Miami airport is just 8 minutes’ drive.

Accommodation Details

The town home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The living/dining area features a queensize sofabed, private terrace and a dining table for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen also boasts a kitchen island, as well as a coffee machine, pots, pans and everything you’d need to cook a family meal. The primary bedroom has a private balcony, black-out shades, TV, kingsize bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a private balcony and a walk-in closet. There’s a half bathroom on the lower level and a full bathroom upstairs. The residence also has an iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, WiFi and Smart TVs with streaming apps.

Style Notes

Contemporary cozy. This townhome has a spacious layout, with an elevated industrial feel thanks to the 10 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Exposed concrete ceilings and sleek polished floors feel edgy and contemporary, yet the mix of textiles and warm wooden kitchen add a welcoming touch. We love the industrial-style staircase, the handy sit-stand work desk and the fresh all-white bathrooms.
