We moved from San Francisco to Marin in summer of 2016. While we loved the conveniences of the city, we have a stronger love for the outdoors! Our kids Luke (7 years), will (5 years) and Rylee (2.5 years) love playing at the beach, hiking on the trails from our house, riding scooters in the square and throwing the ball for our dog, Cooper, in the backyard. Travel is at the foundation of our family, and we have taken the boys all over the world with us from they time they were born. Traveling with young kids has certainly taught us to be organized, adaptable, have a good sense of humor and operate on no sleep, but we wouldn't trade these family trips for anything! Kid & Coe has made the logistics of family travel so much easier and I'm often caught up at night browsing the properties for our next adventure :)

Gorgeous house! We loved the house so much we actually stayed home more than we expected. There's a park right down the street but the kids were so happy playing in the playroom and the gym that we actually never made it there. We took walks most days out to the hiking trail as the house borders a beautiful canyon. The main living space has large beautiful windows that look out, it's so incredibly dreamy to just sit and look out at the natural beauty. The house had every single thing we could have ever needed and everything was top quality. We will definitely be back! Lacee was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. You can tell that all the good energy in the house comes from her and their family. Such a lovely place to stay, I have recommended it to many of my friends already!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Lacee and Peter' home. The property was impeccable and very nicely appointed. All of Lacee's directions/instructions were perfect. It was a very enjoyable vacation for me, my husband and our daughter, son-in-law and their two young daughters. I found your website and communication to be very good. I also liked having accessibility to the homeowners. What a novel and interesting business model. We have used many home rental companies over the years, and this is one of our favorites. Thank you, Diane Furlong

Mill Valley, Marin County

At the base of Mount Tam

Voted as one of the top 10 small towns in America to live in, Mill Valley, four miles north of San Francisco, has everything to offer a family, from superb kid-friendly beaches within a five-minute drive to hikes around Mount Tamalpais, family-friendly restaurants and cafés, and a lovely downtown with parks, playgrounds and interesting independent stores.
