About the Location

The house is located in gorgeous Marin County, across the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California. This area is just 20 minutes north of San Francisco city, which is accessible by car or by a 30-minute ferry. Just 45 minutes north will take you to the world-famous wine region of Napa Valley, where you can visit many vineyards and wineries for tours and tastings. Mt Tamalpais offers plenty of challenging hiking routes, spectacular views and waterfall scenes, while nearby Point Reyes National Seashore is home to miles of beautiful coastline with marine protected areas. San Francisco international airport is around half an hour away.

Accommodation Details

The residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The living space features an open plan kitchen and living room, leading to a large dining room with a dining table for 10. There’s a separate den and an additional bedroom with a twin size daybed. Upstairs, there’s a stylish and spacious primary bedroom, with a kingsize bed, a standing desk and a primary bathroom that boasts a soaking tub. This floor also includes: a spacious guest bedroom with 1 queen size bed, a children's bedroom with 2 twin beds, a children's playroom, and an office. The family bathroom features a shower and bath tub for the children, while the other bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The teak kitchen cabinets with a marble-top island bar look unique yet luxurious, and the adjoining living room has a beautifully cozy fireplace for the whole family to gather round. Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
