There is a master bedroom with kingsize bed, 2 guest rooms with queensize beds, 1 kids room with 2 twin beds suitable for ages 3 and up, and a separate kid room with another twin bed (with guardrail). Style Notes

Modern, light and airy with the feel of a Californian summer. The children's bedrooms are bright and playful. The guest bedroom is modern and sophisticated with luxury linens. The kitchen is sleek and sophisticated with marble countertops and there is a unique light fixture in the dining area. We love the sleek, pared-back urban feel in the concrete fireplace and the minimalist spaces, and also the cute touches in the kids artwork (‘Be Brave’, ‘Te Amo’).

We are a family of 5 - 2 active boys and a new baby girl that enjoy traveling abroad, eating out and taking in nature as a family. Our kids love swimming, basketball and hiking in the hills near our home. We joined Kid & Coe so we can share our wonderful home with other families who want to try out the Californian lifestyle.

Gosh, we could say so many things about why we loved the house and our lovely week there. It's so much more than the photos show. The main house has two guest rooms downstairs with queen beds and upstairs are a master and two children's rooms. The children's rooms and living room are stuffed with every toy imaginable, all well-organized in labeled bins and stored in clever shelving. You really don't need to bring a thing - the children's bathroom has a drawer full of bath toys and the kitchen is even stocked with sippy cups, children's water bottles, plates and silverware, etc. The grounds outside are gorgeous. There's a lovely deck with a large grill, a large saltwater pool that gets quite deep on one end, comfortable chaise lounges with umbrellas, and wooden bench seating around a large firepit. We roasted marshmallows and ate s'mores overlooking the city on a beautiful night. It was heaven. Further up there's a basketball court, vegetable garden, trampoline, and kid's playhouse. Also not pictured in the photos is the incredible view of the city. Our 2.5 year old had no problem navigating all the stairs (note the interior has no gate, but our toddler had no issues). All in all, just a wonderful property and we were so impressed. Loved it, thank you Samantha and family for welcoming us into your home!

This home is absolutely stunning inside and out! It is beautifully decorated and the landscaping is divine. Our two little boys (3 1/2 and 9 months) greatly enjoyed the salt water pool! The view from the master suite is stunning, featuring the glittering Oakland Bay Bridge. The hosts provide wonderful day trip recommendations, which include a stroller friendly hike to the Tennessee Valley that I highly recommend. Overall a heavenly experience.

Mill Valley, Marin County

At the base of Mount Tam

Voted as one of the top 10 small towns in America to live in, Mill Valley, four miles north of San Francisco, has everything to offer a family, from superb kid-friendly beaches within a five-minute drive to hikes around Mount Tamalpais, family-friendly restaurants and cafés, and a lovely downtown with parks, playgrounds and interesting independent stores. Don’t miss migrating the Californian grey whales just off the coast from December to May each year.
