Style Notes

Bright and airy. This quiet apartment has clean, modern style with traditional chevron parquet wood flooring, paneled walls, ornate crown molding and floor-to-ceiling French doors and window. The furniture and art are influenced by Italian and Scandinavian design; the kid’s bedrooms are comfortable and playful. We love the patterned kitchen floor tiles, cool and contemporary lighting and ivory vintage refrigerator.

Hello, I am Virginie, 36 years old. I am living in Paris, near by Montmartre, with my husband and our 3 kids. I love this area. This is the perfect place to spend a nice stay in Paris with kids. We have the chance to live in a flat with a nice view upon a typical parisian park. I am a children book publisher, and I work in this area too. I am fond of design, picture books, and kids stuff. I love traveling and discover other capital cities.

Views from the hill

This village on a hill topped by the Sacre Coeur in central Paris is one of its most famous, romantic and beautiful spots. With the neon strip of Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge at its feet, this district’s cobblestoned streets wind up to the top via mansions, apartments with dazzling views and pretty neighborhood bistros. The funicular or white train are a life saver with kids - these streets are rather steep for little legs.
