Perks for the Parents

This three-bedroom villa on the south part of the island, between Kalafatis beach and Kalo Livadi beach, has a beautiful swimming pool with sea views. Chic and luxurious, the villa’s elegant pool has a lounge around it with teak deck chairs and a sun umbrella; it is also protected from the wind. It is a great option for a family group away from the island’s busy resorts while being just a short drive away from beaches and cosmopolitan towns. Great restaurants, beach bars and some of the best beaches are only a few minutes away.

Why Kids Love it

The villa has a great pool ideal for kids wanting to cool off in the sun, with steps down to it and a gently shelving depth making it suitable for younger kids. Nearby Kalafatis beach is great for watersports; both this beach and Kalo Livadi beach are 1km away, and there are plenty of other beaches a short drive from the property. Mykonos Town is 9km away and easy to visit. A crib and high chair are included.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Rates include 3-hours of daily cleaning. The villa is set over 2 levels and includes an unfenced pool and garden with cacti. Steps inside are not gated; floors are hard. There are some steps in the outside area. Young children may need supervision. Bathrooms, as typical in Greece, are shower-only. Car rental is essential to explore this island. The villa is set between Kalafatis beach and Kalo Livadi beach on the south side of Mykonos. It has views to the south east of Kalafatis beach; both beaches are 1km away. Mykonos Town and airport is a 9km-drive away, while other beaches including Elia and Lia are 2km away. The nearest shop is 2km away and there is a village, Anomera, 1km away.

Accommodation Details

This 3-bedroom villa is set over 2 levels. The ground floor includes an open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area, a master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom and a family bathroom. The upper floor includes 2 other bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. The gardens include unusual types of cacti and bright blooming flowers and a swimming pool, plus cozy lounge areas including a shaded veranda with dining table.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

The Michelle Villa was perfect for our family with three kids ages 8, 6 and 3. Great location to explore the island and Antonis was an incredible, kind and friendly host. He mapped out all the best beaches and restaurants and arranged a private boat tour to Delos and Rineia that was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

Antonis and George couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful hosts of the Michelle Villa in Mykonos. The villa was perfect for our family of 5 and in a wonderful location - easy drive to the beautiful town of AnoMera with some great local Tavernas, bakeries, and grocery stores and easy drive to many beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our week in Mykonos at the Michelle Villa and are very appreciative of everything Antonis and George did to make our stay perfect!
