The condo is well set up for a family: 8 people can sleep comfortably in beds and a single air mattress is available on request. Three big bathtubs and a washer dryer help everyone and everything stay clean while you visit. The location in the Noe Valley/Glen Park neighborhood puts you in the heart of a family-friendly area with plenty going on, and walking distance to a great park/playground, café, corner grocery and fabulous restaurants.
Why Kids Love it
The residence has plenty of books, Legos, MagnaTiles, art supplies, and costumes for dress up. Toys provided particularly suit under 10s; older kids have games and space that will appeal to them as well. The children’s room has a beautiful peaceful rainbow mural on one wall. The children's rooms have black-out shades for restful sleep. The backyard is a great big space for kids to explore and play soccer or dig in the sand box. The Noe Valley Rec center is a block away, with basketball, tennis courts, an amazing playground, ping pong and indoor play area for kids.

Style Notes
Heritage chic. This Victorian-era property has been completely renovated but retains that gorgeous period charm in old door knobs, hardwood floors, high ceilings and bay windows. There are fabulous views from the top floor windows, 2 back decks and chef's kitchen. There is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room and bright light flows in from the large windows. We love the rainbow mural in the kids bedroom, the spacious back yard and the elegant living room.
