The main floor TV includes xfinity voice control and all TVs connect to a complimentary Netflix account. The lightning-fast WiFi has speeds 50MB up/down and is complimentary to guests.

Why Kids Love it

Thoughtfully set up for families, there is a dedicated bunk bedroom stocked with books and toys. It also has a 55" LG smart tv hooked up to a complimentary Netflix account so kids can watch great movies and shows after a hard day of skiing. There is a private hot tub off the deck just off the kitchen so kids can soak and swim, but mom and dad can keep an eye on them. All bathrooms have a tub. The driveway is in its own cul-de-sac, so kids can play outside safely. A toddler bed and Pack’n’Play are provided. Note that the kids bedrooms are not on the same floor as the master bedroom - one is 2 floors below, the other is 1 floor below it.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 days during the off season, 6 nights during holidays. The house is 3 floors and there are ungated stair cases; the main gas fireplace can get very hot. It runs on a timer you can set, but little ones may need supervision around it, on the decks and in the hot tub. The house has a washer/dryer, humidifiers, kids cutlery, luggage racks, clothing iron, hair dryer, Dyson vacuum, beach towels for the hot tub, ski tuning table and tools, propane grill off deck, and extra Pendleton blankets. A 27” iMac is included for guest use and there are complimentary long distance phone calls included.

Style Notes

Modern European lodge. An award-winning design team brought together all the creature comforts of modern-day living with the warmth and style of European après-ski culture. To create the high end, designer look, they included typographic prints, cowhide rugs, fluffy footstools and classic 1950s French ski posters. Technology makes a stay easier with smart TVs, streaming and Sonos speakers. All beds are equipped with new European Serta mattresses, dressed with high-end cotton/bamboo blend linens and all bathrooms are stocked with Further bath products. We love the hot tub, the fluffy rugs and the fantastic provision for families.

We live in Larkspur, California just outside of San Francisco in Marin County. We have a 3 years old boy named Cash Henry and a new born daughter named Cade Wilder. Skiing is something we love to do and this home is the sanctuary we created for our families to enjoy. We hope you enjoy it too. Kid and Coe is a wonderful company that understands the nuances and struggles of traveling and vacationing with kids. It is also an amazing opportunity to travel when the kids are young, so for that we are happy and thankful.

A quaint and comfy spot off the beaten path. Sweet little bunk room, but on the first floor with master on the third proved a bit challenging, but if you have kids who are a little older or more adventurous, then they might enjoy the privacy.

We truly loved our experience at this was so convenient, centrally located, right next to a bus stop so we could hit the slopes, spacious for our family, had a washer and dryer which was huge...however, we got home and found out we got hot tub rash from the hot tub which was most likely from the tub not being cleaned well enough. Total bummer with that but I don't believe it will happen again as the owner got in touch with me immediately. That is the only reason I didn't rate the cleanliness as a 5 - if that hadn't have happened I would have as the actual condo was spotless! I'd probably stay here again, I would just be hesitant to get in the hot tub.

Park City, Utah

Playtime in the snow

With three world class ski resorts, everything revolves around the white stuff in Park City, and that means skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snow tubing and more. When the powder melts away in April, wildflowers push their way into the air and slopes become a different sort of playground where ski trails become horseback riding routes and ziplines replace skis as the quickest way down the mountains. Free concerts bring life and culture to the city on summer evenings, although the most famous cultural event of the year is undoubtedly the Sundance Film Festival at Deer Valley Resort in January.
