This marvellous mountain lodge is perfectly located for the best of Park City and Deer Valley, with a golf course steps away and the Silver Star lift a short walk from the front door. Park City Mountain Resort is closeby and there are direct shuttles into Park City itself giving you great access to world-class skiing, outdoor activities, cultural events, shopping and dining. Concierge services, discounted lift tickets, equipment rentals and airport transport are available, as are restaurant recommendations and a list of things to do in the local area.

Why Kids Love it

Whatever time of year you visit, Park City and its surroundings are great for kids. With ski slopes so close by, it’s easy to take kids to nearby resorts, where there are lessons, creche facilities and snow parks. The house has access to an outdoor pool and whirlpool spa, with views of the Wasatch mountains. The second bedroom is ideal for kids and set up with 2 queen beds.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3-6 nights, depending on the time of year. Onsite covered garage parking provided. Firewood for your first night’s stay is provided. An extra single/twin bed can be added on request to sleep a maximum of 9. There is cable TV and a washer-dryer.

About the Location

The residence is on Three Kings Drive, a short walk to Silver Star lift at Park City Mountain Resort and steps to the free Park City Shuttle taking you to Main Street in minutes along with Deer Valley, Kimball Junction and The Canyons Resort. It is steps from Park City Golf Club, just north of downtown Park City. Salt Lake City International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

Accommodation Details

The 2-bedroom townhouse has an open floor plan downstairs with a living/dining/kitchen area and ground level deck that opens to the lawn. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with kingsize bed and the other with 2 queensize beds. An additional twin/single bed can be added on request. There is also a lawn with gas grill, deck, hot tub and swimming pool.

Style Notes

Comfortable and cozy. Ideal after a day out on the slopes, this house is well set up with lounge chairs beside a fireplace, and beds made up with Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury bedding and fluffy pillows. We love the outdoor space - in the warmer months - for sitting with a coffee while gazing at views of the mountains.

Playtime in the snow

With three world class ski resorts, everything revolves around the white stuff in Park City, and that means skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snow tubing and more. When the powder melts away in April, wildflowers push their way into the air and slopes become a different sort of playground where ski trails become horseback riding routes and ziplines replace skis as the quickest way down the mountains. Free concerts bring life and culture to the city on summer evenings, although the most famous cultural event of the year is undoubtedly the Sundance Film Festival at Deer Valley Resort in January.
