A gorgeous period home in Primrose Hill with toys for kids, garden games and space for multi-generational family trips. It sleeps 12. This London home is well set up for parents, with space for grandparents, nannies or teens: kids of different ages can share bedrooms, set up the sofabed downstairs, or head to the garden studio if they need their own space. This is also a great area with something for every age group, from parks and zoos nearby for kids, family-friendly pubs in Primrose Hill village, and the canal at the end of the street for water-side walks across the city (where you can also spot Banksy artwork).

Why Kids Love it

This is a fun house for kids, with flexible bedroom options, a separate TV room and a foosball table for indoor games. Outside, they’ll love the garden, which has artificial grass for year-round access, as well as a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a rebounder soccer goal. Primrose Hill park and playground is less than 10 minutes’ walk, while the world-famous London Zoo is within nearby Regents Park (10 minutes’ walk), which also offers boating on the lake in summer, an open air theater, cafes and playgrounds.

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. There are four small portable electric fans to help keep cool in the summer. These are usually set up in the bedrooms but can be moved to your preference.

About the Location

This residence is located in affluent Primrose Hill, north London. It’s 5 minutes’ walk to Camden Town subway station and 5 minutes’ walk to the outer circle of Regents Park. Camden is a vibrant bustling area with quirky street markets, live music venues and lots of pubs and eateries. This area is well-placed to visit St Johns Wood, Hampstead or Marylebone. Head across Regents Park to reach the iconic Baker Street area or Lord’s Cricket Ground. Kings Cross St Pancras station is around 10 minutes by car (or half an hour’s walk). Heathrow airport is just under an hour away by car or train.

Bedroom 1 is on this floor, with an ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower) and a double bed. Up on the first floor, there’s a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with a shower-over-bath). This floor also has a utility room, bathroom (with shower-over-bath) and 2 more bedrooms, each with a double bed. The second floor is home to the primary bedroom, with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower and separate bathtub). The garden studio is fitted with a double sofabed, dining table and shower room - ideal for teens or a nanny.

We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
