This triplex apartment has a single bedroom and guest bedroom/playroom on the main level, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and an open plan living/dining room. There is a work space on the mezzanine level and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the top. Style Notes

Unique, modern and industrial. This is a chic space with industrial architectural features, 18’ ceilings and exposed pipes, glass, and metalwork. Library shelving suspended above the dining area is filled with an eclectic collection of books and there is an urban garden on the outdoor terrace with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. We love the den, with its bright pink sofa bed, and the sense of space and light.

We are a global family - I am American and my husband Australian but born in Hungary, so our daughter, Phoenix has 3 passports. We grab every opportunity to travel, enjoying the spirit of freedom and spontaneity. Our daughter appears to have caught the bug as well, loving "transport vehicles" of all kinds, particularly airplanes, but also trains, buses, cars, and merry-go-rounds. She also has a fondness for animals, playing make-believe, and eating cookies. We are all beach bums at heart, but also enjoy skiing and basically anything that involves the outdoors. My husband is a DP, working mostly in fashion, while I am a Psychotherapist. Our interests range from music, fashion art, and film, and live in NYC to take advantage of the culture and career opportunities. However we love to explore the world, experiencing new places, people, and adventures.
