Why Kids Love it

Kids will adore the large pool with floatable toys. Swimming pool enjoyment continues into the evening when the LED underwater lamps turn the water into shades of red, blue and green. They'll love the rocking chairs on the porch and the hammocks swinging between the lazy palm trees. Not forgetting crocodiles and scarlet macaws-spotting in the Carara National Park to the north or easy access to surfing lessons on the beach – Jacó is one of the best places to learn because of its long, consistent waves. Style Notes

Tropical beach house. The decor is typically Costa Rican with an abundance of natural materials: wood, typically cedar, cypress and teak make up the beautiful ceilings and furniture, there are rattan beds and the kitchen features local stone. The villa is fully tiled and has double doors that open up wide to allow the fresh ocean breeze to cool the house. Bold patterns and splashes of orange and blue evoke Costa Rica’s rich flora and large windows allow the lush garden inside. We love the blue tones throughout, echoing the ocean and sky, the 2 hammocks strung side-by-side under palm trees, and the verdant, tropical feel.
