This spacious home is well-placed to explore the sights of Montmartre - known as one of Paris’s most romantic spots! Head to the famous steps to climb the ascent up to Sacré-Cœur cathedral for the best views of the city (or take the fun Funiculaire with kids who can’t manage the stairs) and wander these pretty streets for traditional restaurants, the ‘Wall of Love’ landmark and the Dali Museum.

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for little children, there’s space for separate bedrooms and lots of things for families to do together in the city! This area has many cinemas and theaters to choose from, as well as places to try crepes, donuts and pastries within walking distance. Further afield, you can walk to the Champs-Élysées, Tuileries Garden and the Louvre within half an hour.

Things to Know

No smoking, pets or parties. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. There are 2 parking spaces that can be made available for guests but car hire is not essential.

The apartment is located in the Saint-Georges neighborhood in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. This area is perfect for exploring Pigalle, Montmartre and Palais Garnier. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to nearby subway stations: Liège, Place de Clichy, Blanche or Trinité – d'Estienne d'Orves. The international airport is around 50 minutes away by train via Chatelet Les Halles station.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll find a separate yet connected living and dining room, with sliding doors leading out to the balcony outside. The kitchen includes a dining table and is fully equipped for home cooking. The primary bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, with an armchair by the window; the second bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom has a double sofabed, with beautiful views. The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
