This beautiful, light family home 5 minutes’ drive from Sydney’s greatest beaches, including Freshwater, Manly and Curl Curl, has a relaxed Scandi-chic style and a glass-enclosed swimming pool. The indoor/outdoor living aspect of the house is particularly appealing. With an open plan layout, it is easy to stay in with children, with them playing outside or in the living room while you cook in the kitchen or barbecue area.

Why Kids Love it

The house is very well equipped for young children with toys, games and equipment and includes a large crib for a 0-3 year old. There is a pool in the garden and plenty of space to play. There is a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom that would suit a nanny or older child. The main bathroom has a bathtub and there is an outdoor copper shower in the garden for a rinse off post-pool or ocean swim. Bikes are available and there is a beautiful wooden cubby house.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 days. There are a few stairs in the home and they can be gated on request. The swimming pool is completely enclosed. The home is pet friendly and is usually home to a dog. There is parking for up to 5 cars. A double air bed is available on request. A car is highly recommended for this area.

About the Location

The residence is in the Seaforth suburb of the northern beaches, 5 minutes’ drive from some of the city’s best beaches. The area is 35-minutes’ drive from Sydney airport. It is a family friendly suburb with green spaces, bush and mountain bike trails, along with shopping areas, parks and great child-friendly restaurants. It takes around 20 minutes to reach Sydney CBD by car and just under an hour by public transport.

Style Notes

Indoor/outdoor with Scandinavian influence. This fashion and interiors stylist-owned family home is laid out for optimum indoor/outdoor living, and has a relaxed modern Scandi style with black and white furnishings, pine and patterns. We love the animal heads and prints in the children’s rooms, the curvy black bedhead in the master bedroom, and the beautiful kitchen.
