Why Kids Love it

Colorful and spacious, this home is fun for kids of all ages. Note that there are no stair gates. Two cribs and 2 high chairs are available for younger children. The residence has a family bathroom with shower and bath for the kids. The location makes it easy with kids - there are 2 big parks a 5-minute walk away, plus Isla Magica, one of the biggest amusement parks in Spain, just 600m away.

There are no stair gates and some steep stairs; young children may need assistance. The house is laid out around a central square that allows light in - it has full railings on the second floor and is safe for children. Hair dryer, mixer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher included.

About the Location

The residence is just north of the center of Seville, located at the back of macarena basilica, the most important church of the city, in a beautiful corner of the city. There is a supermarket 100m away and another 110m away. The area has plenty of nearby parks for children and also restaurants and local shops. Seville Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Car rental useful but not essential; Seville is a walking city.

Accommodation Details

This house is spread over 3 floors, with a roof terrace at the top with storage/laundry room. The first floor includes a bathroom, double bedroom, large kitchen and central dining space. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. There is room for 9 guests in single or double/full size beds - they can be arranged to suit your needs. Six beds can be made up as double/full beds and there is 1 double and 1 single sofa bed.

Style Notes

Bohemian, bright and colorful. This classic Andalucian house is set around a central ‘patio de luz’ and has a unique and authentic Seville style. Welcoming and simple rather than high tech and sophisticated, it has plenty of family appeal. Blackboards display happy messages and invite guests to add their own. We love the sun-drenched roof terrace, the pretty patterned fabrics and tiles, and the large well equipped kitchen.

We are me and Luca and or 2 daughter, Luna and Emma, We love top travel and discover new places, but also to make feel people at home when somebody come to visit Seville, our city of adoption. I joined kid and Coe because the property we rent is especially suitable for children, having place and equipment. And we like to think that other family can enjoy the space.

Seville, Spain

Sunshine, flamenco and tapas

Seville is a sure-fire win for a family vacation: crammed with culture, family-oriented attractions and fantastic food, there is plenty to see and do. Start with the Cathedral, where kids can discover Christopher Columbus’ tomb and get a bird’s eye view on the city from the Giralda tower, then take a stroll through the atmospheric Santa Cruz district of narrow streets, hidden plazas and historic homes. Maria Luisa Park is a family must-see, being one of the best parks in Europe, as is flamenco, for which the city is famed, along with its tapas bars. Visit in April if you can for Easter Week and the Spring Fair, two exuberant festivals.
