This elegant, luxuriously furnished fourth floor loft on one of SoHo’s most beautiful tree-lined streets sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms and a study. The loft fills with natural light from the oversized windows during the day, and hardwood floors and large original wooden beams add warmth. Richly patterned fabrics add bright pops of color, and an eclectic collection of art and pottery sourced from the owners’ world travels draws the eye. It’s a beautiful apartment. We love the vast library filled with literary treasures, perfect for bedside reading after the kids are tucked in. There is also a generous array of toys, board games, Lego, old-fashioned blocks, and books provided to keep kids happy and entertained on rainy days. Spend the day exploring the high-end fashion and dining on your doorstep, watch the kids run off extra energy at the nearby Washington Square and Thompson Park playgrounds, or hop on the subway and explore all the family-friendly attractions that New York City has to offer.

What a charming apartment! We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book again. The apartment gets nice light through the windows and I enjoyed browsing the treasure trove of books and art catalogues. The open floor plan worked well for our family (kids ages 5 and 7), and the kitchen was well-stocked and completely functional--we were able to cook a few meals easily. Plus the location is perfect! So many amazing restaurants, shops, and bakeries within a few block radius. Rymn was a warm and communicative host and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The apartment was perfectly situated for us and the pictures are exactly as the place looks. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Rymn was overly accommodating and made things easy from start to finish. I would absolutely stay at her place again!

We stayed in the Soho residence over the Xmas period and had a fantastic time. After travelling from Australia we were so happy to find a perfect place to call home over our 10 day stay. The apartment is in a great location with an endless array of great restaurants in walking distance. Everything a tourist wants to see is close by whether by train or easy and cheap taxis. We loved the character of the apartment and we felt safe and secure at all times. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for more support from Rymn. Thanks you and we will definitely recommend your lovely home to others.

New York was incredibly hot while we were there, so the single window air conditioner was working very hard. We opened all the windows and doors to the bedrooms so the air could flow though. The fans helped a little. It had a great feel to the place - loved the immense library and the decor. If we are being really picky, perhaps an upgrade of bedlinen would be good ... Would certainly stay again, if allowed! Thanks

We loved staying at the Thompson Street Residence. Rymn was a very generous and thoughtful host. The apartment was cozy, relaxed and beautifully appointed–making it very easy to want to stay in and enjoy it. As former New Yorkers, we loved staying in SoHo. The neighborhood is fantastic and location close to everything. We would stay again in a heart beat and miss it already!

My husband, baby (11 months) and I stayed for 10 days this August at the Thompson Street Residence and had a fabulous time. Fantastic location and just a quick stroll to West Village - walkable to many restaurants, stores, cafes, groceries, and we had the easiest time with cabs too. Lovely converted loft apartment - high ceilings, exposed beams and all - with a great collection of art, books and cozy linens - the pictures are real! Fully stocked pantry and collection of stainless steel pots and pans as we stayed in a few nights and cooked to really feel at home. Great washer/dryer so that we could do quick laundry after a hot summer day. Natalie, the housekeeper, is also very responsive and helpful in case of anything needed. We did bring our own baby travel crib, high chair booster seat and shower tub. Would note though that internet was great for general use but as both of us had to work, the connection wasn't always stable. Also, shower pipes were a bit slow - more an older NYC building issue to be expected. Overall loved the stay and highly recommended.

We loved staying here. The location was great. We walked to restaurants and could easily access the subway. The apartment was clean and had air conditioning and ceiling fans which were great for the hot days we had. Our girls enjoyed using the board games and playing with some of the toys that were there. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend it. Bonus that I walked to Soul Cycle only a few blocks away.

My Husband, myself and our two daughters (7&10) spent two nights at The Thompson Street Residence and absolutely loved it. The apartment is gorgeous, great layout, very comfortable and really well equipped. Rymn & her husband have a unique style which we loved…beautiful art, fantastic books and lots of interesting bits and bobs which make the space really lovely. Our daughters loved the room they shared… I would go back in a heartbeat…it's a fantastic home and Rymn and her housekeeper were wonderfully helpful. Many Thanks Tara & Family.
