It’s 15-20 minutes from the South Bank where you’ll find a year-round schedule of family-friendly events in the cultural centers, as well as the famous London Eye and the SEALIFE center. Don’t miss a trip to the world-famous Hamleys toy store on Regent Street (10 minutes’ walk).

Minimum stay: 4 nights. Standard check in: 4pm, check out: 11am. Early check in or late check out may be available on request for an additional fee. Safety notes: this home is set over 4 floors with lots of stairs so younger children may need assistance on the steps. The fireplaces in the living room room and the kitchen are ornamental. Please note that this home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, fans will be placed in each bedroom (and can be available outside the Summer months on request). There is 1 parking space available on request, although car hire is not necessary in this central area. Please note that the lead guest (aged 25 or older) must be present at check-in with a matching ID and credit card. Stays at this home include a personal meet and greet, high quality linens and toiletries, 24/7 support and the option to add tailored amenities and services, such as airport chauffeurs, grocery deliveries and more.

About the Location

The house is located in St James's Park, an exclusive area of central London. It’s well-placed to explore Green Park and St James Park (both just a few minutes’ walk) and enjoy the world-class dining known to this Mayfair district: Annabel’s, Hakkasan and Cecconi’s are all around 15 minutes’ walk. It’s easy to visit Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben on foot, as well as the many theatres in the West End which are just a few minutes away by taxi. This area is drenched in culture, with many independent art galleries nearby as well as the Institute of Contemporary Art, Somerset House and the Royal Academy of Art within easy reach. It’s also close to some of London’s best shopping areas, including Savile Row, New Bond Street and Burlington Arcade as well as the historic Fortnum & Mason and Liberty department stores. Piccadilly Circus is the nearest tube; Heathrow international airport is around 1 hour away.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. Entrance level: a kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate WC. First floor: the living room with a TV. Second floor: 1 super kingsize bedroom and a kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee machine and a large family dining table. Top floor: the primary kingsize bedroom and 1 single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with shower-over-bath and separate WC. There is 1 additional trundle bed in the single bedroom which can be set up for an additional guest. The primary bedroom on the top floor can also be set up as 2 singles to create a dedicated kids floor!

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For bookings made more than 7 days before guests arrive, we offer a 24-hour period from the time of booking during which you can cancel and receive a full refund. After the 24-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. For stays of 60 nights or more, guests can cancel with more than 14 days notice prior to check-in and the first 30 nights are non-refundable. Less than 14 days notice before check-in and the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. Once in stay a guest may cancel at any time with 30 days notice and these 30 days are non-refundable. Available in homes that offer a Flexible Rate* for stays starting before 31st December 2021, on bookings of less than 30 nights. You may cancel or change your stay 2 days prior to check-in with no charges. We take a 10% deposit to confirm the booking and the remainder of the payment 14 days prior to arrival. 2 days or less before arrival the Flexible Rate becomes non-refundable. For example, if a guest is due to check in at any time on Wednesday, cancellation needs to occur prior to midnight on Sunday. We encourage guests to cancel a Flex Rate booking free of charge within the notice period and re-book at a more convenient time rather than amend it.
