About the Location

The apartment is just 1 block from the Eiffel Tower gardens, on the border of the 15th and 7th arrondissement. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the Bir-Hakeim or Champ de Mars Eiffell Tower subway stations. In 10 minutes you can walk over the river to Trocadero Gardens, where there is an Aquarium and a cinema. The airport is around 40 minutes by car or 1.5 hours by train.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.
